{"id":366,"date":"2019-07-23T20:57:07","date_gmt":"2019-07-23T20:57:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/missionofhopevn.com\/?p=366"},"modified":"2019-07-23T20:57:07","modified_gmt":"2019-07-23T20:57:07","slug":"dental-medical-mission-trip-recap-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/missionofhopevn.com\/?p=366","title":{"rendered":"Dental &#8211; Medical Mission Trip Recap 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Mission of Hope Vietnam team members, friends and supporters,<\/p>\n<p>It is with tremendous happiness that we report about our completed, successful, and blessed 2018 Mission Trip.\u00a0We are so thankful to our volunteers and donors for allowing us to make such a positive impact last summer.<\/p>\n<p>Our mission\u00a0 brought us to several villages along the Southern border of Vietnam. We were overjoyed to meet and serve the people of these remote communities &#8211; some of which even lacked clean drinking water.<\/p>\n<p>Over the course of 6 days, we helped treat a total of 3,272 patients and distributed over 2,450 gifts to the poor in B\u1ea1c Lieu, Soc Trang and \u0110\u1ed3ng Nai.\u00a0 Although this is a fair amount of people, it is the love and care of each team member that is more important than the numbers of patients served.<\/p>\n<p>We want to share some videos of what our mission looks like in person.
